This Agreement is a legal agreement between you and the developer of this Application regarding your use of this Application. By downloading, installing, or using this Application, you agree to be bound by this Agreement.

This application offers the following auto-renewal subscription options:
Subscriptions will automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel your subscription in your App Store account settings. Your App Store account will be charged upon purchase confirmation.
Free users receive 5 builds per day; VIP subscribers receive 20 builds per day.
All subscription payments are processed by Apple. Refunds must be requested through Apple's refund process; we cannot process refunds directly.
You agree not to use this application for the following purposes:
The intellectual property rights of this application and all software, designs, text, and images (non-user-generated) contained herein belong to the developer. Photos generated by your use of this application belong to you, but you must ensure that uploaded photos do not infringe on the rights of others.
This application is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, we make no warranties, express or implied. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of this application.
We may update this agreement from time to time. Significant changes will be communicated to you via in-app notifications. Your continued use of this application signifies your acceptance of the updated agreement.
