How to generate an ID photo?
Open the app, select the desired size (1-inch, 2-inch, etc.), choose a front-facing photo from your album or take a photo directly. The app will automatically cut out the background and generate a standard ID photo. You can also change the background color (red, blue, white, etc.).
How many uses does a free user have?
Free users can generate 5 photos per day. With a VIP subscription, you can generate 100 photos per day with unlimited access to all features.
How to activate VIP?
Click the subscription entry within the app, select a monthly (¥8), quarterly (¥18), or annual (¥48) plan, and complete the payment through the App Store.
Purchased VIP but it hasn't taken effect?
Please try restarting the app. If the problem persists, please contact us via the email address below and provide a screenshot of your order. We will process it as soon as possible.
How do I cancel my subscription?
Manage or cancel your auto-renewal subscription in iPhone Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions.
Is my photo data safe?
All photos are processed in real-time only in our server's memory. Your original images are not stored after processing. Please see our Privacy Policy for details.
