• Device Identifier: Generates a unique device token to identify the user and record usage.
• Image Data: The photos you upload are only used for real-time processing to generate ID photos, change outfits, cut out backgrounds, etc. Your original images will not be persistently stored after processing.
• IP Address: Used to record the source of the call and for security auditing.
• Generation Record: Records the interface name, parameters, time, and status of each generation operation for service maintenance and data analysis.
• Purchase Receipt: When you purchase a subscription, we will store the purchase receipt information (receipt data, transaction ID, product ID) to verify the subscription status. We do not store any payment card information.

2. Use of Information

The information we collect is used for the following purposes:

• Provides core functions such as ID photo generation, clothing replacement, background removal, and AI generation;
• Statistics on user activity and service usage to improve product quality;
• Troubleshooting service failures and security issues.

3. Face Data Processing

The facial data contained in the photos you upload ("Face Data") constitutes sensitive personal information. We process Face Data as follows:

• Face Data Collected: Facial images from photos you select from your photo library or capture using the camera.
• Purpose of Use: Solely for real-time generation of compliant ID photos, including face detection, portrait matting, background replacement, size cropping, beauty retouching, and layout composition.
• Method of Processing: All facial images are processed in real-time in the server's memory. Your original facial images are not persistently stored. After processing, the resulting image is returned to you, and the server does not retain any copy of the facial image.
• Third-Party Sharing: Facial images are not sold, rented, or shared with any third party.
• Retention Period: Facial images reside in server memory only during processing and are discarded immediately after processing, with no copies retained.

4. Data Storage and Security

Your device token, IP address, and generation records are stored on our servers. We use industry-standard security measures to protect your data, but we cannot guarantee absolute security.

5. Data Sharing

We will not sell, trade, or transfer your personal data to third parties unless:

• With your explicit consent;
• Required by law or in response to a legitimate government request;
• To protect our legitimate interests.

6. Third-Party Services

The AI ​​image generation function of this application may be processed through third-party APIs (such as SiliconFlow). These services follow their own privacy policies.

7. Your Rights

You may stop using this app at any time. To delete your account and related data, please contact us.

8. Auto-Renewing Subscription

If you purchase an auto-renewing subscription:

• Payment will be deducted from your App Store account upon confirmation of purchase
• Subscriptions will automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
• You can manage or cancel your subscription in your App Store account settings
• Unused portions of the free trial period (if applicable) will be forfeited upon purchasing a subscription

9. Children's Privacy

This app is not intended for children under 13 years of age. If we discover that we have unintentionally collected children's personal information, we will delete it immediately.

10. Changes to the Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Significant changes will be communicated to you within the app or through our website.
