End User License Agreement

Please read this agreement carefully before using ClearOwn. By downloading or using the app, you agree to be bound by this agreement.

1. License Grant

We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use ClearOwn on Apple devices you own. This license is limited to personal, non-commercial use.

2. Data Storage

ClearOwn uses a local-first architecture. Your debt data is stored on your device by default and is not automatically uploaded to any server. Device registration is used solely to generate an anonymous identity for the AI chat feature.

3. AI Service

The AI chat feature is optional. When used, your input is sent to our server for processing. We do not use your debt data for AI model training.

4. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights in ClearOwn, including but not limited to code, design, and icons, belong to us. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse engineer the app.

Debt calculations and analysis provided by ClearOwn are for reference only and do not constitute financial advice. We are not responsible for any losses resulting from the use of this app.
