End User License Agreement (EULA)

Please read this agreement carefully before using iBizLedger. By downloading, installing, or using the app, you agree to be bound by this agreement.

1. License Grant

We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use iBizLedger on Apple devices you own or control, for personal or business use.

2. Usage Restrictions

You may not:

• Decompile, reverse engineer, disassemble, or attempt to derive the source code of the app;
• Copy, modify, distribute, or transfer any part of the app;
• Use the app for any illegal activity;
• Remove or alter any copyright or proprietary notices.

4. Data Responsibility

You are solely responsible for your data. We recommend regular backups. We are not liable for data loss resulting from device damage, data corruption, or any other cause.

5. Disclaimer

The app is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to the implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. We do not guarantee that the app will be uninterrupted or error-free.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the app.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate this license at any time if you violate any terms of this agreement. Upon termination, you must cease using the app and delete all copies.

8. Governing Law

This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the People's Republic of China.
